Return Claims for Non-Quality-Related Issues

We design and make our products with every detail in mind, and we’re confident you will enjoy your Green Keeper product(s). If you aren’t happy with your Green Keeper product(s) after buying them at our www.greenkeeper.co web store, any undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable in case of non-quality-related returns. No questions asked. The return product must meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • The original package should be intact
  • The products are unused and in their original condition

For non-quality-related warranty claims, Green Keeper refunds the cost of the product itself. For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above conditions.

Return or Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Green Keeper warrants that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. Green Keeper will replace any products found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on eligibility. This warranty applies solely to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been utilized for commercial, rental, or any other purpose for which the product is not intended. Green Keeper is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, users’ negligence and abuse, users’ noncompliance with the user manual and any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and user manual. Product(s) are not eligible for warranty if they:

  • are misused, mishandled, subjected to abuse, or handled carelessly, involved in an accident, improperly stored, or operated under conditions of extreme voltage, temperature, shock, or vibration beyond Green Keeper's recommended guidelines for safe and effective use;
  • are improperly installed, operated, or maintained;
  • are modified without the express written consent of Green Keeper;
  • have been disassembled, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Green Keeper;
  • exhibit defects reported after the Warranty Period.

Note: The warranty period for all replacements aligns with the same duration as the original defective item. Warranties on products become void once a full refund has been issued.

How to Submit A Return Claim?

  1. Fill in the return form to get started with the refund process.
  2. Ship the product back to the designated return address.
  3. We will refund within 3 business days.

Note: If any of your items are damaged due to reasons not covered under the original product warranty, we cannot accept them back for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember, this policy only applies to Green Keeper products sold directly from our greenkeeper.co web store and does not apply to other Green Keeper resellers.
